Educational workshop
A tour of our production lab, with an explanation of the fishing process and our day-to-day work. You’ll get hands-on experience learning how to salt and fillet anchovies, following step by step the traditional methods we’ve passed down through generations. You’ll then take home your own little jar of anchovies in oil, your very own memento of this tradition.

The full experience for those who want to experience the Menaica tradition throughout the entire process.
After visiting our lab and learning the secrets of fishing and the day-to-day processing, you’ll get your hands
dirty and learn how to salt and fillet anchovies, before taking your own handmade jar home with you. The
tour ends with a guided tasting of our specialities.

A guided tasting tour showcasing the authentic flavours of Menaica anchovies and other specialities from our artisanal production. A simple, convivial occasion to discover, through taste, the history and traditions of fishing in the Cilento, also ideal for those who are short on time or want a taster session before a more comprehensive workshop.
